Sam Tinnesz is a Nashville-based singer songwriter, and also the lead singer of Wave & Rome. Having spent the last year gearing up for solo releases, spending most days working away in the studio, Sam has dropped his new single ‘Babel’. It features fellow Nashville export Super Duper, with expansive swirling synths and cinematic drums.
“I wrote ‘Babel’ with artist/producer Josh Hawkins (a.k.a Super Duper) about a year ago. When I heard the sample Josh had created, I came up with the concept of this song being about miscommunication in relationships and how it can tear apart everything that you’ve worked so hard to build. Having been married for almost ten years, facing all the natural ups and downs, made this even more real to me.” – Sam
