The visuals to Denai Moore’s latest single ‘Trickle’ is a declaration of growth, a break-up letter to her demons and a love letter to the liberated self. ‘Trickle’, produced by Steph Marziano, was first played on Huw Stephens’ BBC Radio 1 show and released on Because Music.
On brave new track ‘Trickle’, Moore deals with years of anxiety head-on: “I’ve never written about this before and it was a massive weight off my shoulders,” she continues, “I’ve always wanted to write about it, and I think a lot of people can relate to it because people are more open now about mental health issues. I think it is empowering.” The exquisite video for ‘Trickle’ has been directed by in-demand creative Raine Allen Miller.
The video itself makes a very clever visual metaphor of dealing with said issue in a way that is artistically beautiful to look at and demonstrates a maturing of her character, Have a look at the video for yourself here.
