The 21-year-old producer, composer and musician takes inspiration from classical music, jazz, electronica and Middle Eastern music to create his experimentalist genre-bending sound that you’ll find in new single ‘BRIEF’.
Like many artworks this year, ‘BRIEF’ is the product of lockdown; mirroring the tension, quietude, angst, and calm of life back in March and April this year. The rollercoaster listen has also been translated into a six-minute visual in which a solo passenger swept up by the sea, at mercy to the unforgiving elements. As we’ve learned throughout the course of 2020, nature is as beautiful as it is ruthless. And so, Adriano Koch captures this dichotomy in ‘BRIEF’.
