For those who have never heard of Sven Jungmann who is he and what is his music about?
I’m a medical doctor who turned entrepreneur. This is my day and night life. The music is an homage to moments in my life that I hold dear and a commitment towards places I still want to explore. I am already working on more songs that encapsulate precious moments of my life in places I hold dear.
What has been the most rewarding/ most enjoyable highlight of your career so far?
I created something out of joy. The creation of this song was a hugely spontaneous project without thinking too much about it. Now I’m getting all these comments from people who are interested in the song, I hear that people like to talk about it in my absence, and I’m curious what more will come. A song has the power to connect you with thousands of people in ways you can’t imagine.
What have been some major challenges in your music career so far?
I’m only getting started. Producing a song is one thing, figuring out how to get the song in front of the right audience is what will make all the difference. And that has been challenging. But I find that exciting and am trying out different approaches right now. I’m bringing a lot of experiences from other industries, but the music world is different.
What are you grateful for right now in this moment?
I’ve gone through a challenging year as an entrepreneur and it looks like it is all paying off. In spite of all the hard work and challenges: Being able to spontaneously do the things I am curious about, like producing a song, is an incredible privilege.
