In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, practically all of our plans have been put on hold and for Ed Prosek, this meant the live video recording of his single ‘Mercy’ with his full band was no longer possible. With all the band members stuck in various parts of Europe, Prosek decided that the only logical next step was to become a one man band. With some nifty camera trickery, the Californian musician turns his Berlin apartment into the stage as he takes the roles of singer, pianist, guitarist, trombonist and percussionist. If anything, this shows that necessity is indeed the mother of invention.
