‘Cherry Bomb’ is the free-flowing song from French indie-rockers Velvet Sunset

“Cherry Bomb is about a wild girl, free but being in love”, shares French indie-rock band Velvet Sunset on their newest release which is a surefire driving song to listen to as the sun goes down.

Composed of Eléonore on vocals and Max on guitar and bass, these two self-taught musicians came together with a shared love of rock mainstays like Led Zeppelin, The Breeders, The Vines, Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Velvet Underground.

Taking inspiration from these classic bands, adding a twist of grunge and a sprinkle of atmospheric melody, ‘Cherry Bomb’ embodies the free-flowing idea of being in love.
