Girl- Boy pair, Maltese born Berne have released their first single for 2020, the synth-laden, slow moving, yet powerful animal rights themed anthem – ‘To The Lions’.

Deborah Borg Brincat and Gianluca Pulvirenti make up this daring duo and together they impart an important and necessary environmental message through soft, ethereal vocals, poignant lyrical content and radiating guitar.

Berne’s music touches upon subjects that not only matter to them but are also global issues, creating beautiful alt-pop electronic music with substance and meaning. They are strong and capable advocates for the planet and together have unearthed a musical landscape in which to share their values and ideals with the world.
