Giving us a full dose of funk-laden grooviness this Friday is Charity Children in this enigmatic live session for single ‘My Alchemy’ taken from the band’s imminent album release.
The indie-pop duo recruited a fantastic bunch of musicians who work with synchronised gusto in the recording below, which was held at the Charity Children‘s favourite bar in Berlin. This video also captures the pair’s final performance together as the now ex-partners have decided it would be too much emotionally to perform together anymore. This gives an extra special quality to the live session, like the final minutes of a blazing sunset before the lights dims away into the twilight.
